Düster fourth at the GP Oberbaselbiet
At the fourth edition of the GP Oberbaselbiet in Zunzgen (SUI), a race with a handicap modus, Sarah Düster (GER) took the fourth place. The juniors and U23 riders started with a time advantage ahead of the elite group and couldn’t catch up by their chasers. Emilie Aubry (SUI) won the race in the finish sprint ahead of Jessica Schneeberger (SUI) and Eva Haueter (SUI).
The best elite rider was Sarah Düster from the Cervélo-Lifeforce Pro Cycling Team, finishing 38 seconds behind the winner. Patricia Schwager reached on the hilly course ahead of the peleton on position seven the finish while Carla Ryan (AUS), Emma Rickards (AUS) and Pascale Schnider (SUI) came 1,27 min behind the winner in the bunch to the finish line.
